2.Quotation & Design Review

Receive a detailed quotation including unit price, tooling costs (if applicable), and lead time. If needed, our team will create or refine technical drawings based on your specifications.

3.Sample Production

For new designs, we produce samples for your approval before mass production. This allows you to verify dimensions, fit, finish, and functionality. Sample costs are typically credited toward your first bulk order.

4.Mass Production

Once samples are approved, we schedule production in our facility. Our team monitors quality at every stage including material inspection, fabrication, welding, and surface treatment. You receive progress updates throughout.

5.Quality Inspection

Every product undergoes final inspection before packaging. We check dimensions, surface quality, IP rating (if applicable), and overall workmanship. Inspection reports and photos are provided upon request.

6.Packaging & Shipping
